Here are some simple steps in making your delicious protein bars!

Preheat oven to 180 fan plus.

In a mixing bowl add: 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder 2 1/2 tsp of cinnamon 2 cups of blended oats (until flour type looking) & mix. For chunkier bars, dont blend oats or just blend a little.

Now for your wet ingredients. Add: 1 1/2 Tbls of peanut butter 1 1/2 Tbls of honey 5 egg whites 3 Tbls of skim milk and lastly add your 2 bananas. Combine all ingredients until nicely mixed.

Depending on how strong or sweet you want the bars, add more or less of the peanut butter and honey. Add your mixed seeds and cranberries.

Line a 30x20 tray with baking paper or at least around that, depending on how think you want your bars. Poor in mixture and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Once your baked mixture has come out of the oven and cooled, add chocolate on top and refrigerate till the chocolate has hardened and there you have it! High in protein bars! Yum yum!

If you want your bars fully coated in chocolate, cut your bars in preferred sizes and then dip them in the chocolate before refrigerating. Once done, cut in bar sized portions.

  • 1.0c Mixed Pumpkin, almond, chai seeds and pine nuts
  • 1.0c Cranberries
  • 2.0 Medium bananas
  • 1/2Tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1/2Tbsp Honey
  • 3.0Tbsp Skim milk
  • 2.0tsp Scoops of chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2tsp Cinnamon
  • 5.0tsp Egg whites
  • 1.0tsp Block of chocolate
