Boil potatoes, peel n slice them, chop onion, garlic n green chilly as shown above
Sauté boiled potatoes until they turn golden brown n then put them aside on a paper
Sauté onion, chilly, garlic and cumin seeds for 3 minutes and then add 3 tablespoon tomato purée n mix well. Now add garam masala, red chilly powder, cumin powder and TURMERIC
After 2-3 minutes add yogurt and mix well. It will turn into golden curry.
After 2 minutes add potatoes in the mix.
After 2-3 minutes add 2 small cups of water and 1 tsp butter. Add SALT as per taste (2-3 tsp), cover the lid and let it cook in steam for 10-12 minutes.
Serve it hot with bread or rice! I bet you will love it. :)
