Gather ingredients.
Add sugar, eggs and flour to the bowl.
Whisk 'till even consistency.
Add butter and vanilla. I also added cinnamon and cardamom.
Whisk 'till even consistency.
Add some of the milk.
Whisk 'till even consistency.
Add the rest of the milk and whisk.
Looks ready to cook!
Add some butter on a Teflon pan. The pan should be on hight temp, then on medium temp when the first pancake is cooking on it.
Get the bowl ready with a deep spoon.
Pour a spoon full of batter on the pan and turn the pan around so that the batter is all over the pan.
When the edges of the pancake is brown and the batter in the middle is baked(stiff). Flip the pancake and enjoy the sight.
Repeat 'till the batter runs out.
Keep your pancakes under a cover of foil, so they won't get cold.
Tower of lovely gorgeous pancakes. Put jam, Nutella, a banana, lemon curd or just eat it without anything! Good luck!

- 1/2 dl Milk, or 1 cup
- Cardamom, cinnamon after your taste
