INGREDIENTS
There's no substitute of fresh vegetable , so I took fresh spinach and whole cumin I toasted and then grind them for amazing flavor
Fresh spinach wash and cut, stain the water and then boil till tender
Whole cumin roasted it and then grind till powder form
Cut all the vegetable (onion, potatoes,tomatoes, green chilly) I on the other hand grinder them in a paste form
The add roasted powder of cumin
Add gazebo powder till the batter reach the consistency of dough for balls
Add salt
Then add boil spinach Boiled spinach
In a bowl add 4 tbsp of gazebo powder and 2 cups of yogurt
Mix them
Add 3 cups of water
Mix well and set aside
In a pot add corn oil, onion chopped, curry leaves and Fenugreek seeds, and mustard seed
A spoon of red chili powder and turmeric powder
Add in the yogurt mixer
On the other hand fry the dough balls ( pakoras)
Soft and tasty
Golden brown them
Add in the thick yogurt mixer and let them simmer.
Serve with nan, roti or rice , in my case eat with spoon ;)
