Once you meat is washed, season with one onion, garlic, 2 teaspoons of curry powder, all purpose seasoning, black pepper and a little oil.  If possible let it marinate over night.

Put the pot in the cooker on medium heat and add some butter, when  butter starts to brown, it is ready for the meat.

Once meat is browned, add 3 cups of water and cover pot. Leave it to cook on medium heat, keep stirring and checking for when meat is tender ( every 10 minutes )
