Slice meat thin and put in baggie with cornstarch.

Put all liquids and dry spices into crockpot, then add peanut butter, and mix well. Add garlic and 3 green onions. Put meat in top and toss gingerly.

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, mine was done around 4. Next time I will leave out the red chili flakes, they made it WAY too spicy for me. Serve with/on white rice. Enjoy :)

  • 1/2lb Flank steak
  • 3.0 Garlic cloves
  • 4.0 Sliced green onions
  • 1.0tsp Dried onion
  • 1/2c Soy sauce
  • 1/4c White wine
  • 1/4c Cooking sherry
  • 1/2Tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 1.0tsp Sesame oil
  • 1.0tsp Molasses
  • 1.0tsp Ginger
  • 1/4tsp Black pepper
  • 1.0tsp Red chili flakes
  • 1/2Tbsp Peanut butter
  • 3.0Tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1/4c Cornstarch
