Slice meat thin and put in baggie with cornstarch.

Step 2
Put all liquids and dry spices into crockpot, then add peanut butter, and mix well. Add garlic and 3 green onions. Put meat in top and toss gingerly.

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, mine was done around 4. Next time I will leave out the red chili flakes, they made it WAY too spicy for me. Serve with/on white rice. Enjoy :)
