Salt both sides of salmon
Pour oil in pan and right before it hits its smoking point add fish.
Do not crowd fish leave plenty of room between each one.
Place entire pan in oven for 8 to 10 minutes depending on thickness of fish and desired doneness.
Once finished flip fish immediately so skin won't get soggy with the drop in temperature.
