Crack an egg in a bowl
Beaten lightly
Add a squeeze of lime. This will help the egg hold its fluffiness. Add some salt to taste. Continue to beat the egg till all then bubbly (no running egg)
Lid the sweet basil leaf.
Heat the vegetable oil in the pan. Test if the oil is ready by using wooden chop stick. If the oil is heated, there will be bubble flying out from the chop stick
Dump the green in the beaten egg
Pour the mixed egg in the heated oil. Wait for 1-2mins
Turn upside down. once brown both side, take out from pan
I dry it on the rack so it won't be so oily
Eat with rice !! (Some curry will make it even more yummy)
