Melt two tablespoons of butter and place in the bowl
Add the milk, flour, 3 eggs to the melted butter in the bowl. Mix vigorously until batter is smooth.
The batter should be smooth and fairly runny, it should flow freely. It should not be as thick as pancake batter. If it is too thick, thin it with more milk.
Let the batter rest for at least 30mins.
Don't pour to much batter, as you want these thin as possible. Roll the batter around the pan until there are no holes.
Watch the edges as they are a good indication when to flip. Should take about 2-3 mins to brown up nicely!
They can be filled with anything from fruits to chicken and mushrooms! Be adventurous and enjoy!
