Separate the whites from the yolks
Beat the whites then add 2 tablespoons cottage cheese and mix
Cook the whites in one tablespoon of butter on a low medium heat stirring constantly
When the whites are cooked add yolks to it. Sprinkle with salt and cook only for about 15 seconds stirring constantly, then remove from heat
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with green onion. Accompany your dish with refreshing Greek salad (look for recipe in one of my guides). Enjoyπ
