Wash potatoes until you sure that its clean enough.
Boil potatoes on hot water for about 20 minutes. I like to add some garlic to make it tastier.
Remove and drain potatoes.
Melt butter over a single pan. I took 3tbs of butter.
You may add some chili powder instead of peppers and salt on fried potatoes.
Make the sauce: In a medium pan, add some fresh milk, cheddar cheese, and minced beef. Mix well until thick. More cheese the better.
Add potatoes and melted butter into the sauce and mix them well.
And this is it! Creamy sautéed potato ready to serve.
