Take one cup of rice to a boil until tender, soft or how ever you may like it
Cook the pepper in a skillet on medium heat for 3 or 4 mins or until crispy-tender
Add shrimp, garlic, and lemon juice; cook and stir 2 mins (remove shrimp tails before hand)
Add cooking cream; cook and stir 2 mins or until heated through.
Serve over rice, sprinkle with parsley and serve and enjoy the meal
