How to cook creamy coconut chicken

Heat oil in the pan, put salt and pepper on chicken and then add your chicken to the pan. Cook chicken till it turns a light golden brown, but not cooked through.

Mix coconut milk, sugar and vinegar in a mixing bowl.

Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the coconut sauce over it. You can also add coconut flakes on top of the chicken for a more coconut flavor.
