Get out a oven safe dish

Cut chicken up roughly

Get a pan out and oil the pan

Cook chicken...

Until looks like this

Get a pot out

Melt butter

Add flour

Gradually add milk whisking continually

Add cheese and melt

Add corn

Add chicken to sause

Mix in and season with salt and pepper leave aside (make sure to turn off the heat
Time to start the topping

Get out a bowl and put breadcrumbs in

Grate all of the zest off the lemon

Add lemon juice. To get the most out of your lemon juice cut the lemon in half and put in the microwave for 30 seconds

Mix in till looking like this

Heat the sauce for another min or two

Pour sauce into dish


Put on breadcrumbs and bake for 20 mins at 180 degrees
If you don't want to stir fry vegetables skip to step 32

Get out a wok if you don't have a wok just use the biggest pan you have but I recently bought a wok because I ❤ to stir fry and may I tell you it makes a huge difference.

Add oil and push up the sides

Heat oil until it makes this shape in the wok it won't make this shape in a pan so just heat it for 1 min if you have a pan

Season your stir fry vegetables with lots of salt and pepper

Place all of your vegetables into the pan they should start to sizzle

Cook until they look like this crunchy but still a bit soft the way I like them

Add stir fry sauce I just buy one at the shops they are usually near the fruit and veg or near the salad dressings. At this point add HEAPS more salt and pepper it's what makes them taste good

Stir it in turn off the heat and get the chicken bake out of the oven

- 500.0g Chicken breasts
- 2.0Tbsp Butter
- 3.0Tbsp Flour
- 750.0ml Milk
- Lots of salt and pepper
- 1/2c Mozzarella cheese
