How to cook cream baked potatoes
It's really easy to make. I serve it with all kind of rosted meat like pork loin, rosted beef or chicken fillet.

INGREDIENTS
Turn on the oven at 190 Celsius.
Peel and slice the potatoes. I use big potatoes, because it's faster to both peel and slice 😉
Chop the onion
Chop the galic cloves.
Put a layer of potatoes in a oven proof dish.
Spread a hand full of onion over the potatoes.
Spread a bit of chopped garlic over the potatoes.
Add a bit of salt, pepper and grated nutmeg. If you don't like nutmeg, then leave it out 😊
Add another layer of potatoes, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Repeat untill you have used all the slices of potatoes. Bit like making lasagna 😊
I have 3 layers in this dish.
Add the cream slowly, so it don't ruin the layers of potatoes.
If you like, add bit more salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Add the grated cheese on top, and put it in the oven for 45-60 minues.

- 150.0g Grated cheese
- 1/2l Cream
