Bring 2,5 cups of water to a boil

Add the frozen peas and boil for 1 minute

Stir in couscous

Stir in the butter; turn off the heat. Cover the pan and let rest for 3 minutes

Add mint and lemon juice, fluff with a fork. Seasoned with salt and blackpepper

Breaakfast ready. Total time is less than 10 minutes!
