Melt butter in a pan
Add clove and cumin
Now add the ginger-chilli-garlic paste. Sauté for a minute and add the onions. Cook till the onions turn pink.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric and coriander powder. Stir well and cook for a minute.
Add the spinach pulp and cook for another 3-5 minutes
To this add the boiled corn.
Add salt to taste. And a pinch of sugar.
Finally add yogurt and mix well.
Garnish with cream and it is ready to eat. Yummmm !!
