Cook quinoa. Two cups of water to one cup of quinoa.
Separate cilantro leaves from stem. Don't forget to wash 'em :)
Chop cilantro leaves. I like to have a mix of finely chopped leaves to semi-chopped.
Add chopped cilantro leaves and 2 tablespoons of the lime juice.
Finally, add your black beans and corn. Looks yummy, tastes amazing :) enjoy!

- 2.0Tbsp Lime juice
- 1.0c Black beans
- 1/2c Corn
