While the sauce is simmering away, get the water for the pasta on. After the sauce has been simmering for about 15 - 20mins, chuck the pasta into the boiling water.

Cook the pasta according to the packet (maybe add a pinch of salt to the water) or if your like me, I just cook it and test it now and again to see when it's aldente and cooked to my liking.

Put into nice pasta bowls and add Parmesan (if to your liking). Now lets eat!!

  • 5.0 Sundried Tomatoes (I use the ones out of a jar)
  • Parmesan (if required, to taste)
