The ingredients! This will make for 4 people. Only half this Chorizo ring is used.
If it's a Chorizo ring, slice into coins and then quarter the coins and you should end up with this.
Here's the peppers and tomatoes out of a jar chopped!
Literally just add all the ingredients (excluding the pasta and Parmesan obviously)
Mixed all the ingredients together and put onto a medium to high heat until it begins to boil, then drop the heat down to a gentle simmer.
While the sauce is simmering away, get the water for the pasta on. After the sauce has been simmering for about 15 - 20mins, chuck the pasta into the boiling water.
Cook the pasta according to the packet (maybe add a pinch of salt to the water) or if your like me, I just cook it and test it now and again to see when it's aldente and cooked to my liking.
You should notice the sauce is now starting to thicken and reduce slightly, don't forget to stir sauce now and again throughout the process. If you feel the sauce is cooked, just take off the heat!
Once the pasta is cooked to perfection, simply drain and return to the pan, then just plonk the sauce on top.
Thoroughly mix the sauce and pasta together, then your ready to serve it up!
Put into nice pasta bowls and add Parmesan (if to your liking). Now lets eat!!
The good thing about this is, if you make too much, you can keep it for lunches etc. Great!
