Stir all ingredients together until combined, make sure their are no lumps in the mixture

Prepare baking tray with baking paper or lightly oil

Pour brownie mixture into the baking tray and cook in oven for 25-30mins (175 degrees fan forced)

Take the brownie out of the oven after being cooked for 25-30 mins and check if cooked in the middle

Place brownie onto a cooling rack. Let it cool for about 10 mins or more before you cut it up :)
