Mix your butter and brown sugar to make a smooth creamy mixture
Crack eggs and beat in separate bowl
Put eggs in with the brown sugar and butter ( don't worry it's ment to look watery !)
Add ur baking powder
Now ur bicarbonate of soda
Add vanilla and mix
Add flour
Mix
Brake chocolate into bowl and melt , if you don't want them chocolate flavour leave this step out
DO NOT BURN THE CHOCOLATE !!!!!
Add chocolate in
You can also add some cocoa powder
Add milk
It will be watery but just add little more flour
Fill cups
Set oven to 170c
Place in oven for 25 mins
Tada!
You can ice them too
- 115g chocolate
- 85g butter
- 175g brown sugar
- 185g plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
- Drop Of vanilla extract
- 120ml milk
