STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Break the chocolate bar in small pieces and cut the butter in pieces too
Mix butter and chocolate and melt them in a bain-marie
Stir gently until they are perfectly melted
Then turn down the heating and let the mixture cool down
In the meantime, prepare 6-7 disposable single portion aluminum moulds: butter bottom and sides and then pour a bit of flour inside, to prevent the cake from sticking to the mould
When cold, add the sugar to the mix. You can prepare a syrup adding 3-4 spoons of water so it will merge easily in the chocolate-butter mix
Add the eggs to the mix, you can lightly beat them before. Mix with energy until you have a smooth mixture
Finally add the flour, spoon by spoon. Help yourself with a sieve to avoid dollops. Mix energically with a wooden spoon
Pour the mix into the moulds, fill them for one half. The mix is sufficient for 6-7 portions. Cover the moulds with aluminum foil and put them in the freezer for at least 3hours
When you want to eat them, heat the oven at 220 celsius degrees and put them in directly from the freezer (remove the foil) for 13-14 minutes. Then put on a plate and garnish with ice cream. enjoy!
