How to cook chickpea sundal-dry lentil coconut & spice

This south indian stir fried dish made with white chickpeas. Sundal is basically a nutritious dry legume-lentil prepared with spice, tempered along with fresh coconut.

INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven to 350

Poke holes in meat

Shake on a lot of cumin, pepper and salt

Flip meat and season with cumin, pepper, and salt then rub the meat

Pour on four cups of water on the side of the mea and shake some salt in the water

Place in the oven for two to three hours
