All the ingredients you require for this recipe.
Put on a medium heat 2 moderately large spoonfuls of curry paste into a pan.
You do not need to add oil as it will sizzle in its own oil.
Add 550ml of boiling water to a stock cube (for 3 people).
Add a hearty amount of rice to the spice.
Add all of the chickpeas to the pan around about the same time as the rice. Mix well.
It should look like this.
Add the stock into the mixture.
Cover and leave for 15-20 minutes. Turn the heat slightly lower and stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Add some frozen spinach and mix it into the food. Once it has nearly melted, cover again for a while.
Once the rice is done, it should look like this.
Shove in a handful of cashew nuts and mix in.
Serve in a bowl, and add a few spoonfuls of creme fraiche for taste. And you're done!
