Chop carrot, potato, onion into small cubes
Marinate chicken wing with one tsp of koji
Brown chicken wings in a heated saucepan
Pick the chicken wings up, brown the onion, carrot & potato in the saucepan
Put a cup of water into the saucepan, bring it back to boil & simmer in low heat for 15 min
Put 1Tbsp of miso in & cook for another 5 min, miso chicken stew is ready to serve
