Season breast chicken fillet with salt and pepper
Cook pasta in boiling water with salt and oil.
Pan sear your seasoned chicken fillets. Then set aside. Slice into strips.
Mince garlic. Chop tomatoes in strips or dice it.
Drain cooked pasta and set aside.
Sautee garlic and tomatoes in olive oil. Add the chicken strips. Add cooked pasta and drizzle with olive oil. Throw in some oregano.
Mix pasta well. Feel free to add on more seasoning to taste or use some herbs that you like.
Serve in a bowl. Top with some parmesan cheese.
