INGREDIENTS
500g chicken thighs / 4 tablespoons of Teriyaki sauce / 2 tablespoons of sugar / 1 clove garlic, minced / 1 teaspoon of Salt and pepper /1 tablespoon of sesame oil

Rinse chicken in running water and cut into smaller pieces. I cut one thigh into 4 small pieces so the chicken will be cooked through quickly

Add salt

Add pepperπ

Add sesame oil

Add garlic π

Add teriyaki sauce and Combine in bowl .

Let this sit in the fridge for at least an hour.πππππ

In a skillet.When itβs hot, place the chicken n the marinade(burn easily so try not to add any liquid in the pan+Do not throw away the marinade)Grill until brown then flip so the skin side faces up.π₯
