Simmer chopped onions and garlic in olive oil
Chop chicken into small cubes
Chop mushrooms in the food processor
Tear leaves off Tarragon and chop finely
Add chicken, mushrooms and pour in half a bottle of white wine
Once the alcohol has evaporated, add half a pot of creme fraiche
Simmer for a few minutes until it thickens
Add tarragon just before serving to maintain flavour
Cheap white wine (but not too cheap - you have to drink the remaining half!)
Bring water to boil for pasta
Garlic bread for 12 minutes
Check spaghetti al dente
Serve, eat, enjoy!
