Chicken breasts cut.
Pour of water , simmer until cooked(I cooked for 20 min after boiling to remove the foam)
Eggs (each separately) Mix a little salt and black pepper. Pour on a heated,oiled frying pan with olive oil and fry. Turn the egg pancake and fry the other side. Egg pancakes cool and cut into strips.
Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrots. In olive oil to fry the onions.Add carrots and fry.
In the soup add the onions and carrots.
Add the egg pancakes add salt ,black pepper and cook for 3-4 min.
