INGREDIENTS
Pre sock the sticks so the chicken doesn't stick to the sticks
Put the spring onions, garlic and ginger in a bowl
Put all the ingredients that you just placed in the bowl in a blender to pulse the ingredients till its smooth
From the smooth past you just made put it back in the bowl and place the kecap manis on top
Toss the chicken in the mix until all the chicken has Some of the mixture on it
Put on some glad warp then Refidrate for 30mins
After please the mix in the fridge go and turn on the alliance that you are cooking with (I'm using a bbq)
Pull the chicken out of the fridge and place all the chicken on skewers with Little gaps in between for a better cook
Place the chicken on the alliance your using and cook it and you can figure out how long you need to cook by just keeping an eye on it the whole and flip when you think ready
When finished cooking place the chicken on a plater and drizzle on the table spoon of kecap manis
- Roughly 3 spring onions
- 2 garlic cloves, quarted
- 2cm ginger, peeled and choped
- 500g chicken tenderloins, sliced crossways.
- 1/3 cup of abc ketchup manis
- Conola oil spray
- 1 table spoon of kecap manis
