Ingredients - Coriander, Fennel Seed, Onion, Green Chilli, Red Chilli, Ginger, Garlic, Tomato, Chicken
Fry coriander and fennel seeds for about 2 mins and grind
Roast grated coconut in medium flame
Mix ground spice with roasted coconut and grind again
Fry onion, curry leaves, ginger, garlic, red chili and green chilli
Make the onion mixture in to paste
Fry some more onion and green Chilli. Add a bit of turmeric and salt
Put the onion paste into the pan
Add tomato purée
Add coconut mixture
Add chicken and cook
Add water and salt if required
Top the curry with fried onion
