Chop the parsley
So simple! Simply mix all of your ingredients together

Add your cut up chicken thighs first then thread onto your bamboo skewers, meat, some veg, more meat, more veg and finally more meat... It any variation of that!

Soak your skewers in water at least an hour so they don't burn!
Take remaining sauce and run it over the kebabs... Should look something like this! Refrigerate for at least an hour. Get your grill ready and pull these out while it heats.
