Separately season your chicken with the chili powder in the garam masala, salt. Stir fry your chicken in the mix

Add your tomatoes and about one 1/2 cup water, stir for a lil then add your green pepper lower fire and cover. Wait about 5 min.for the  pepper flavor to sink in ,add your cilantro
