Olives are totally optional. I know there are a lot of people that don't like them and find it weird that they are included in this recipe. Its ok just omit it no biggy!!

  • 1/4c Goya Mojo criollo
  • 1.0Tbsp Adobo powder
  • 1/4tsp Black pepper
  • 2.0Tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1.0Tbsp Olives
  • 1/4c Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 Sliced onions
  • 1/2 Sliced Red or green peppers
  • Water as needed
