take one big capsicum
cut to form these shapes
cut carrots
chop onion
boil carrots. You can add more veggies or corns according to your taste
boil excess of water and add rice
add 2 tbsp oil
add three teaspoon of salt
boil till cooked and drain water
fry onion and capsicum
now add chicken which is initially boiled by adding garlic ginger powder and pinch of salt and pepper.. and then shred it.. sorry forgot to take picture of that..
now add slightly boiled carrots
take one egg beat it and add pinch of salt and pepper
fry it and cut
add to remaining mixture
add it to boiled rice and mix properly
serve it with chicken manchurian
