Ingredients!! And turn the oven on to 200c!

Take packaging and string off chicken

Use a bread knife or sharp strong knife to cut out "spine" bone. You can skip this part and cook the chicken whole but it will take longer to cook!

Cut all the way down using and sawing action with the knife and holding the chicken firmly

Do the same on the other side


Make stock or give bones to your dog!

Place in oven tray skin side down

Season with cumin or what ever you fancy!

Paprika

Salt and pepper!

Flatten chicken into pan skin side up

Olive oil

Rub in olive oil

Cumin or what ever you fancy

Into a hot oven!

Timer on for an hour

Cut potatoes into wedges

If a huge potato cut in half first


Season potato wedges

Put coconut oil on baking tray

Out tray in oven to heat

Prepare butternut squash if using!

Cut in half


Cut into wedges

Remove seeds


Sprinkle with olive oil

Season

Timer should say around 45 mins now

Put potatoes on hot tray in oven

Place butternut squash around chicken

Coleslaw ingredients

Peel carrots

Peel onion


Cut cabbage in quarters

Remove stalk from one quarter and store the rest

Slice cabbage

Place in bowl

Slice onion

Place in bowl

Grate carrot

On angle is quicker

Place in bowl

Season

Add splash of vinegar I like to use apple cider vinegar

Mix

Add some Mayo

Stir

Use other salads as garnish






Serve!

Remove chicken and butternut onto serving tray and juices should be left

They may be sticky

Add a bit of hot water

Stir and put on bowl to put on chicken
