  • 1 kg chicken pieces
  • 500gms basmati rice
  • Poodina,coriander,green chilli mix paste
  • 4tsp garam masala powder
  • 4tsp garlic chopped
  • 1 cup onions
  • 4tsp ginger chopped
  • 3tsp red chilli powder
  • 5tbsp oil
  • 2tsp turmeric powder
  • 2cup yogurt
  • 1st marinade with green paste, yogurt,masalas,
  • Ginger & garlic paste add salt mix it thoroughly
  • Keep it for 1 hr in refrigerator
