Slice hot green pepper and squash the garlic
Fry the hot peppers and garlic in olive oil
I use pre-cooked chicken wings, usually left-overs from the preparation of soup or broth. Dimantle the wings into small chunks of meat.
Add the chicken and fry until slightly brown. Then remove everything from the pan.
Slice red bell peppers into stripes
Fry the peppers in an empty pan...
And let the simmer with the lead on until cooked
Add the rest of the fried ingredients and...
And soy sauce...
Now cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, and dry after cooking.
Mix everything together -and voila! Your pasta is ready.
- 6.0 pre-cooked chicken wngs
- 3.0 red bell peppers
- 200.0g Pasta
- 1.0 Green Hot pepper
- 2.0 Garlic cloves
- 3.0Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3.0Tbsp Brandy
- 3.0Tbsp Olive Oil for frying
