wash and clean chicken
peel potatoes, then cut into cubes
soak in water while peeling to prevent browning
peel & slice onion
peel and crush garlic
core and slice pepper into strips
peas
tomato sauce, about 1/2 cup
fish sauce (optional)
chicken stock cubes (optional)
brown garlic saute onion until slightly translucent
brown the chicken on all sides
a few minutes of browning
add tomato suace and a little water until amply covered add potatoes simmer untill potatoes are cooked
add peas and carrots simmer until carrots are done
add peppers
serve hot with rice, or just eat with the potatoes
