Marinate the chicken into soy sauce and garlic cloves
Prepare the ingredients. Olive oil, light soy sauce, vinegar, black peppercorn, dried bay leaves, ground blackpepper and salt
Heat oil in a wok and put the chicken until in turns into golden brown under a medium heat fire..about 3-4 minutes
Add the leftover marinated soysauce and add a half cup of water. Wait until it boil.
Add bay leaves and peppercorn and simmer until the chicken is cooked
Add vinegar and seasoned with salt, pepper and sugar (optional). Simmer about 3 minutes.
Ready to serve and taste!
