While the meat is cooking, cut pepper tops and remove seeds, then place on foil.

While your meat is still cooking, mix in the onion and finely chopped garlic cloves.

Add your spices now. You can use whatever you like. I switch it up depending on my mood.

Now add the tomato paste. I sometimes add spaghetti sauce because I always have that on hand ..... and it's inexpensive!
