How to cook cheesy garlic bread chicken sandwich
My fiancé and I created this amazing concoction of an idea. It's really amazing tasting.

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Gather your ingredients. These are the spices I used on the chicken breast.
Prep your chicken. I put 1tsp olive oil and then 1tsp garlic salt, 1tsp Parmesan cheese and 1 tsp of Italian seasoning on each breast. (I have more than 2, but the others are leftovers.)
Put 2 tsp olive oil in a pan on high heat.
When the oil is hot, add 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Cook until golden brown. (It usually takes about 1-2mins for me). Sit aside until later.
Preheat the grill. I'm cooking this on the grill so my place doesn't heat up. If you want to put your toast in the oven, preheat to 425 deg Fahrenheit.
Spray a pan with nonstick spray.
Put the 2tsp of butter in the microwave for 15seconds.
Put your toast slices on the pan and spread a thin later of cream cheese on each slice. It's about 1/2tsp per slice.
Ta-da! Now finish each slice.
Add equal parts of butter to each slice. It's about 1/2 tsp per each slice.
Make sure to spread the butter evenly across each slice.
Add the roasted garlic to each slice.
Yum! Starting to look good. :)
Add Italian cheese on top of each slice. I put around 1/8c on each one.
Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt.
Put the chicken on the grill. Cook for 4 mins on each side on high heat.
Sorry I didn't take a photo of this, but put the bread pan on indirect heat on the BBQ for 4-5 mins. Be careful not to burn the toast.
Yum! Deliciously grilled chicken.
This is what your toast should look like when it's finished.
Put a piece of chicken on a slice of toast and cover it with another slice.
Cut and enjoy! It's pretty amazing. ^_^

Geeky Kalamity
A nerdy lady that likes to cook. I usually throw ingredients together and it turns out great. :) Ive made it a personal goal to cook everything on the grill.
