How to cook cheap lasagne

Cheap lasagne Cost me today £2.29 Frozen mince farmfoods £2.50 only use half bag farm foods milk 40p Asda pasanda 33p asda chopped toms 29p asda lasagne sheets 22p

Plus store cubard items flour marg/butter Cheese and mushrooms optional

First start with browning mince and mushrooms optional

Brown for 10 mins and add tin of toms and pasanda and stir

Add 3 oz marg and melt

Add 6 table spoons of flour

Mix with whisk

Gently return to heat and add 2 Pints of milk stiring all the time

Until it bubbles and is thick now that's your white sauce I add cheese to make cheese sauce

Now start building it up but finish with whit/cheese sauce on top

Grate cheese on top If you want to add garlic herbs spices it's upto you I only add salt and pepper

Finished item makes 8 decent size portions
