3eggs
Dried eel
Chopped dried shrimp
Ground pork or chopped bacon
Mustard greens
Sliced Nian gao
Fry eggs and slice with spatula into slices
Add meats together and fry with oil
add rice wine to frying meats
Chop roots of mustard greens thinly and add
Add sea salt and let simmer for a few minutes
Add sliced Nian gao
Simmer 3-5 minutes until Nian GAO is soft. Add egg back. Simmer a few more minutes. Flavor with more salt if needed.
