Cauliflower! Think you hate it? Try this you will love it!... I use this in place of mashed potatoes... Personal I think it's better than potatoes! And better on the calories!

Dice up the cauliflower and add it to a pot with a steam basket, cook 10-15 minutes until fork tender

While that's cooking, press garlic and dice green onion!

No picture of cheese.... Use your imagination lol, any cheese you like! I think blue cheese gives it a Great flavor!

If you have a hand blender, use it ! Otherwise toss everything in a regular blender, in batches. (If using regular blender leave the small pop top slightly open so the steam can escape ---> next page!

And it won't send your purée all over!... While you blend add all your ingredients, the garlic, onion, cheese ad salt/pepper and well, purée! Add milk in small amounts ----> next page

And blend until you get the consistency you like, I use about 3/4 cup for my liking...
