Take carrots if we grate them it should become 4 cups.
Dry fruits badam flakes, cashew nuts and raisins..
Take a pan and heat it..
1 cup of powdered sugar...
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Add dry fruits mixture, you should put in high flame it should be fried in medium flame for just 2 min otherwise the dry fruits will become dark and tasteless...
Then add grated carrot into the mixture...
Then add 1 full glass of pure milk...
Then add sugar powder
Add cardamom and cook for 15-20 min

- 2.0tsp Ghee
- 1.0c Sugar powdered
- 1.0tsp Cardamom powder
- 1.0c Badam flakes, Cashew nuts and Raisins
- 2.0c Fresh Milk
