Chop the bacon in big bites
Chop your sausage/ham
I used ecological cabbage but any cabbage will do :)
Melt your butter
Fry the bacon and sausage
Chop 1 onion
Salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and chilli flakes ( USE ENOUGH CHILLI TO YOUR LIKING!! Some like it spicy some don't)
Add the onion and the spices
Chop your cabbage
Add to the bacon and sausage
Add a little water
Cook until cabbage is medium soft, I don't like my cabbage over cooked, serve with potatoes and a spoon of sour cream :) enjoy
