Preheat oven to 350. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper & set aside. Remove breast meat from chicken and shred into pieces, discarding the skin. Place chicken in medium sized bowl.
To chicken add in hot sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, & green onions. Mix throughly. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out the chicken mixture, roll into balls, & place on large plate.
Place flour, egg, & bread crumbs in 3 separate bowls. Take each buffalo chicken ball and roll in the flour, then the egg, and finally bread crumbs, coating liberally. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve hot with desired dipping sauce. My personal dip of choice is blue cheese dressing. Enjoy!! :)

- 1/4c Frank's hot sauce
- 1/2oz Cream cheese, softened
- 3/4c Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4c Freshly sliced green onions
- 1.0c All-purpose flour
- 3.0 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 2.0c Bread crumbs
