Place the brown sugar on a pan on low heat until it turns into a light colored smooth caramel. BE CAREFUL TO NOT BURN THE CARAMEL. TURN DOWN THE HEAT IF IT STARTS TURNING DARKER IN SOME AREAS
Cook the bacon
When the caramel and the bacon are both ready, dip the bacon into the caramel. Make sure the caramel sticks to the bacon. You could also drizzle the caramel on the bacon
Let it cool, the brown sugar makes the bacon crispy and sweet.
