Clean excess fat off of chicken and beat both sides with the back of your knife or a meat hammer.
Prepare breading bowls as follows. 1. Flour, paprika and salt and pepper 2. Egg and milk (whisked)3. Crumbs, curry and seasoning 4. Beer is for the chefs consumption.
Bread the chicken in the following manner. Dredge in flour, shake excess flour off, coat in egg mixture, drip excess off, coat in breadcrumbs and place on a plate or in a Tupperware for cooking later
Heat a pan to medium high and add a generous amount of oil. Add chicken to the pan being careful not to splash the oil.
Once the first side has browned, flip em over
Place them into a preheated 350F oven.

Serve and enjoy. I had them tomato kale gnocchi and steamed broccoli, topped with cottage cheese. It was a wonderful meal that had my six year old scrambling for more. Cheers

- 1/2c Bread Crumbs
- 2.0Tbsp Curry powder(masala or your favorite style)
- 1/2c Flour
- 2.0Tbsp Smoked paprika
- 1.0 Egg
- 1/4c Milk
- Salt and pepper
- Oil to fry
